"How I Fell In Love With Punk Rock" is the story of how the spoken word performer/musician Duncan Wilder Johnson discovered the genre, the subculture, and the "Do It Yourself" ethos. Raised in rural Massachusetts, Duncan chronicles his evolution from 80's skateboarding, to finding classic punk bands like The Ramones, to hearing Hardcore bands like Minor Threat, to being involved with his local Hardcore scene, to performing monologues, and eventually opening for Punk legend Jim Carroll.
